AI-first · Built for Canadian mortgage brokers

Your case agent builds the file. You approve it.

Drop in the documents. WeDossier splits, names and files every page, reads it, and builds the application with each value traced to its source. It flags what is missing or expired and asks for it. You stay on the review loop, not the data-entry loop.

Other platforms give you a form and a folder. WeDossier gives you a case agent that reads, fills, checks, remembers and asks, and shows you where every number came from.

The problem

Your bottleneck isn't leads. It's the file.

Collecting documents, renaming them, checking dates, and keying the same numbers into the CRM, the application and the lender portal. That admin is why good clients sit in the pipeline, never started.

Form-first systems leave that work with you. WeDossier starts from the documents and does it for you.

How it works

One case, three steps

From a pile of documents to a lender-ready package, with you approving every step that matters.

1

Drop in the documents

One merged PDF, mixed scans or phone photos, straight into the case chat. The agent splits them page by page, recognises each one and files it under a clear name.

48 Canadian mortgage document types: ID, consents, T4, NOA, paystubs, LOE, bank statements, gift letters, purchase contracts, appraisals and more.

2

The application fills itself

Every value the agent reads is proposed into the application in violet, with the document and page it came from. Confirm, edit or reject in one click.

Conflicts between documents are ranked (NOA over T4 over LOE over paystub) and you pick. Expired documents show up as gaps.

3

Finalise and compile

Mark each section Final. When all nine are, compile the lender package for the submission method you choose: Filogix Expert, Velocity, a lender portal or secure email.

Nothing reaches a lender or a client without your review. You submit; WeDossier assembles.

Why AI-first

Built the other way round

Form-first tools bolt AI onto a form. WeDossier starts from the documents, and the form is a view over what the agent has read and you have approved.

The document is the input

No keying first. The agent splits, classifies, names, files and reads what you drop in, and tells you what it could not identify and why.

Every number has a source

Each value records the document, page, snippet, confidence, and who accepted it and when. Anything in the package can cite its backing document.

Autonomy is a dial

Clean, high-confidence income, asset and property values can be accepted by policy and reviewed once per stage. You set how far it goes.

Identity is never auto-accepted

Names, dates of birth, SIN, ID and addresses are always proposed, never written by the AI. Another person's documents are never added to a case silently.

Freshness rules built in

Bank statements 90 days, paystubs 35, LOE 60, credit report 30, appraisal 90, ID to expiry. When a document ages out, its values expire and the gap shows.

It remembers the client

Facts belong to the client, not just the deal. A renewal or refinance starts from what is already known, behind a recorded consent and a retention rule.

The Document Concierge

One screen per case. Every value explained.

A chat with the case agent on one side, a one-page narrative of the application on the other. Nine colour-coded sections, each showing what is complete, what is missing and which document would fill the gap.

  • Applicant Profile, Income & Employment, Assets & Down Payment, Liabilities & Credit, Real Estate Owned, Subject Property, Mortgage Request, Compliance, Lender Package
  • The classic form fields are one click away in each section's details
  • Print the standard mortgage application layout from live data
  • A case moves through nine pipeline stages when its checks pass, not by drag-and-drop guesswork
ApplicantDana Martin (fictional)
Annual employment income$96,400 · proposed
From T4_2025_Dana-Martin.pdf, page 1, box 14 · confidence 98%
Two sources disagree. The letter of employment says $94,000. The T4 outranks it, so the T4 value is recommended. You decide.
Built for trust

Governed AI, by construction

The agent works under the same rules as a person on your team. It proposes, or acts within the policy you set, and every action is recorded.

AI proposes, you approve

Nothing reaches a lender, a client message or a package without human review.

Hosted in Canada

Data, documents and AI processing on Google Cloud in Montréal. Your client data is not used to train vendor models.

Isolated by design

Row-level security on every table keeps each organisation's data apart. Documents are private by default and shared only through short-lived links.

Complete audit trail

Every change, by a person or the agent, is written to an append-only log, kept seven years by default.

Two-factor for everyone

Mandatory authenticator-app two-factor, email verification, Google sign-in, and owner, admin and broker roles.

Recoverable by default

Deleted documents sit in a trash for 30 days, and you control how bundles are split.
